Payment 

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  • A: Paypal and Card payments. All prices are shown in GBP (£) 

 

Processing 

  • Q: When will you send my order?
  • A: I post orders on weekdays only. I do my very best to send orders within 1 day however during busy times this can be between 1-3 weekdays. 

Shipping

  • Q: How much is postage in the UK?
  • A: UK postage in currently free (YAY) and sent out 2nd Class via Royal Mail. 

  • Q: Can I upgrade postage in the UK?
  • A: Yes! If you need your order more quickly and would like a Tracked & Signed service, you can choose this option at checkout for £5.00.

  • Q: Do you ship internationally? 
  • A: Yes! All international shipping is sent as Air Mail Tracked & Signed. See your country listed below for shipping rates. 
  • USA £10.00
  • Australia £13.00
  • All other countries £10.00

  • Q: Where can I find my tracking number? 
  • A: You will only have a tracking number if you upgraded your UK postage at checkout, or ordered internationally. Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

  • Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • A: If you're in the UK your order will typically arrive between 3-5 working days. If you're outside the UK then your order on average should arrive within 2-3 weeks. ( sometimes more, sometimes less! )

  • Q: I think my order maybe lost? 
  • A: Please allow 4 weeks from your shipping confirmation to get in touch about international post that hasn't arrived yet. Since there are extra delays at the moment, it's most likely to have taken the scenic route rather than be lost completely. After that contact me using the contact form and I will do my very best to locate it for you!

  • Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: Your order will be lovingly wrapped in pink tissue paper, sealed with a cute PBW sticker and placed in a white cardboard box. Look out for your freebie sticker too!

  • Q: I have ordered a gift for someone, can you send my order direct to them? 
  • A: Yes! Use their address at checkout. Make sure you leave a note telling me it's a gift and write a message you would like me to add for your loved one, so they know it's from you! 

Returns

  • Q: Can I return my order?
  • A: Yes you can return any item/s for an exchange or refund, just contact me using the contact form within 14 days of shipping confirmation and ensure they are returned within 21 days in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return costs. Refunds will be issued once I have received your returned item/s.
